FVRL Reading Link Challenge Rescheduled for Thursday, March 8, 2012

The Fraser Valley Regional Library (FVRL) Reading Link Challenge

has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 8 @ 10:00am at Seabird Island School. Kent Elementary School will be sending teams of students who have read the books, and are ready to battle ! 

Good luck Kent students !

While students are preparing for the book challenge, reviewing important facts about the books, and finishing up those final pages make some drawings at home over the next few days to add to your team poster. Each team will be taking a team poster to hang from their team table.

The iPAC Has Landed @ Kent School

Libraries 4 You : Library Software Programming - Kelowna, B.C. 

We have upgraded our library catalogue software to allow our clients to search the library for books they want to read or need for schoolwork. Many of our classes have already taken the iPAC workshop and are already using the iPAC from the library, the school computer lab, and classroom computers. Searching is quick and easy. We're helping our students build important skills which will help them become confident, responsible, and independent readers. Well done, Kent School students !
