Frozen Cranberry Cheesecake Recipe

Easy Make Ahead Christmas Dinner Dessert

1 cup graham crumbs
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 (8oz.) soft cream cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1 pint vanilla (Breyers) ice cream (.47litre)
1 tin whole berry cranberry sauce

Combine first 3 ingredients and press into 8 inch spring-form pan. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until fluffy. Soften ice cream then work into cream cheese, heaping spoonfuls one at a time. Add cranberry sauce and mix well. Pour over crust. Cover with plastic wrap or tin foil and freeze until firm (at least 5 hours). Serve frozen and follow up with 50 sit ups.
